What it changes
- Police identification changes depending on witnessed crimes, rather than immediately knowing the player.
- A visible suspicion meter and recognition rules affect whether officers identify you.
- Security guards gain police-like reactions, with a surrender option in suitable situations.

Compatibility: Legacy-only and explicitly tied to the creator's named game build. Overlaps VI Wanted System and other police scripts; RDE needs its dedicated package.
